WHAT:

We are proud to announce the launch of Mercenary Camp, a Starcraft2 LAN event that will take place in Toronto, Canada. This event is sponsored by Evolution Voice and Global Frag The first tournament will serve the purpose of gathering and building a community of competitive Starcraft2 players within the region.

WHEN:

The event will kick off September 11th, 2010 @ 12:30 Noon sharp.
Sign-ins start at 11:30

LOCATION:

After a long search for an ideal place that would be aboard with us to bring you a great LAN experience, be flexible with multiple events afterwards and provide enough room for all of us, we choose HappyTurbo Located just north of North York Centre.(1 subway station from Finch Station). They have successfully hosted LAN Tournaments for DotA that ran prize pools of over $2,000 in prizes. We are aiming for this in the near future.

EVENT DETAILS:

The format will be a 32 player, B01 until Quarter Finals. Quarter Finals & Semi-Finals will be B03 and Finals will be B05.

REGISTRATION & COST:

The cost to participate in this tournament, along with your initial 2-hour Computer Use will be $10. Additional time can be purchased for participants and spectators for a special flat-rate of $2.00/hr.

4. in "Tournaments" click "Game accounts" then scroll down to "Blizzard: StarCraft 2"
5. Once you have filled out your info you click "Tournaments" again. You will then see "Singles Area" in bold red letters,
Click that & click "Apply" to the latest tournament.

 Great wins, close calls and disappointing loses is all part of a league season for any game and any team. Our Call of Duty 4 squad had exactly that during their Cyber Gamer main and CEVO amateur seasons but came out with impressive placings. The guys fought hard all season long currently 2nd in Cyber Gamer main going 4-2 and finished 6-2 in CEVO amateur. The guys are currently playing in the CyberSports Networks CM Storm CoD 4 Summer Shootout as well and are advancing into second round after beating Negative Impulse in a close match 13-12. They will be up against wis3Guys in second round on Monday August 30th to see who makes it on to the Quarter finals. Great job on your successful seasons and we will be looking forward to watching you guys during your playoff runs. Some matches will hopefully be broad casted as we will be talking with some casters so be sure to check back for updates. UPDATE: CEVO has announced their CoD4 playoffs match ups and due to Mobility-Gaming's high seed we will start in the second round. We will either be up against BlackMAN or Allstars.eSports depending on who wins the match September 2nd on mp_backlot. Our CoD4 squad didn't play any of the two teams during the CEVO season but they currently lost to Allstars.eSports 10-13 in Cyber Gamer main on the 23rd. It was a really close match with rounds that we should have pulled off but such as life and we will be back for revenge if they win first round.

With some last minute decisions by the ESEA admins it was announced late last night that our Team Fortress 2 team will be playing among the best teams in North America. We are really excited to be able to support our guys in there journey through Invite this season. Our Team Fortress 2 team is also competing in Season 6 of CEVO-Professional. Today we got to speak with team Vitality and we are very please to have these guys aboard. The QL team played in Bibs (Bring it Back Safely CFT League) for season 2 and went 4-1.  We have done it again! Adding another piece to the puzzle of our organization by adding one of the top Team Fortress 2 teams. Mobility Gaming would like to welcome "Spacebots" as our new TF2 division. You may have known them as Just 4 Fame recently but have decided to bring their talent over to Mobility. They have been establish as a team for almost a year now and are looking to prove to everyone they are an Elite TF2 team in the Gaming community. Their roster currently consist of Bolwind, Kohaku, Spacebot, Kwazi, khorma, Infamous, Okas, and LargeSupervisor.

Their resume as a team is very impressive. Competing in both CEVO and ESEA, they dominated the majority of their opponents. Last season in CEVO-m, they ended up with the record of 10-4 which was good enough for 2nd place. Moving on to CEVO-p this season, they look to exceed to new heights. They also went 9-7 in ESEA-o which was good enough to put them in ESEA first season of ESEA-im.

 Mobility Gaming would like to welcome the next addition to our growing organization. Mobility has picked up "canceR" as our CSS Canada division. canceR has been an establish team for almost two years now. They are tough going group of guys whom are dedicated in winning and are only going to improve. Roster currently consist of Ars0n, awesomesauce, masoN, TaZ, Darksky, and BeaveR.

You may have remembered canceR as CEVO-o Atlantic division winners with an outstanding record of 20-2. They dominated ESEA-im last season with a record of 11-5 (2-0 in playoffs). After a one season of CEVO-m, canceR looks to redeem themselves in CEVO-proam.

 Mobility-Gaming and Team Empyrean merge to form a stronger more powerful organization. With this latest merger under way Mobility-Gaming Looks forward to what we are now able to achieve. Getting ready for COD4 Playoffs as well as the Start of a new CS,CSS, and TF2 Season for CEVO and ESEA, Mobility-Gaming is looking to move up this season in the ranks of these leagues.

It has now been a little over 3 weeks since the release of Star Craft 2 and with that being said WHY NOT!! hold a 1v1 Tournament to kick it off.

Please let everyone know that there is a tournament soon. Right now the tournament is set to 16 teams if this fills up and we have more people wanting to play we can open it up to a maximum of 32 Players.

Since were holding a Star Craft 2 Tournament we may as well hold a League of Legends tournament at the same time. This is a 3v3 tournament and is set at 16 Teams. Please check back later this week for more details about this tournament and Star Craft 2.
